A golden square shadowbox frame with 2 mat styles. The top mat is a knotted Ivory silk and edged with a golden colored fillet. The base mat and side walls are in a natural linen enhancing the plaster and sulphur intaglios, protected by optium archival museum acrylic and crowned externally by an antique fragment from Italy. This item comes with a certificate of authenticity.
 
No one intaglio is  perfect due to wear and age. The red sulphur intaglios are from the 1800's.
